Azure Parking Appeals

​Mistakes can happen and we will do what we can to correct them.

If you feel your ticket has been issued incorrectly, please write or email in the first instance. Please make sure you include the reference number on the Notice we sent to you.

We will immediately put your ticket on hold pending a review and respond to you within 28 days.

Should we not uphold your appeal, we will provide details of an appeal service. This is independent of us and is managed by POPLA. There will be no charge for you to use this service though you will lose the prompt payment discount.

We regret we cannot accept appeals by telephone.
